The L☿rds of MisRule headlined the opening night of the first Skipton Live festival on Friday 28 August, performing at Craven Arts House.

The festival was a celebration of Skipton’s live music scene, bringing together a wide range of artists and venues across the town. With plenty of music bubbling beneath the surface, it was good to see Skipton’s creative community being given the chance to celebrate it.

The performance also provided a useful introduction to Dan’s new role with Craven Academy of Modern Music, where he is now teaching bass guitar and helping young bands develop their sound and work together.
