Ready for a night of musical mischief? Join me (and many, many others) at the Flying Duck in Ilkley on Saturday, 13th July at 10pm for an acoustic showcase that promises to be anything but ordinary. Boisterous, probably. Tatty, maybe. But definitely not ordinary.
I'll be closing the Ilkley Garden Music Festival Aftershow party with songs from my debut EP, along with some suitably upbeat covers from the Americana, Glam, and Rock songbooks. Having played the songwriter stage at the festival last year, I know what a great atmosphere the whole weekend has. And the Flying Duck on Saturday night is the ideal way to finish it off.
The evening will feature some of the best acts performing over the course of the festival, so make sure you arrive in good time! Ilkley Live is an annual event spread out across the gardens, yards, cafe fronts (and even the railway platform) of Ilkley. Anyone who can play or sing anything can set up and perform, and the audience can walk between locations and watch from the street or the garden itself.
